Welcome to R3vbrands.com, operated by R3volution Brands Inc. (“R3volution Brands”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Account Terms and Conditions govern all transactions and service engagements with R3volution Brands, including those made through our website and directly via signed agreements.
By engaging our services or submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
1. Services Provided
R3volution Brands provides franchise-related services including but not limited to:
- Franchise sales
- Franchise development and support
- Franchise marketing and brand strategy
- Centralized operational services for franchisors and franchisees
All services are rendered in accordance with the scope outlined in a signed service agreement, proposal, or invoice.
2. Payments & Billing
- All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.
- Some services may be billed on a recurring basis as outlined in individual service agreements.
- Failure to remit payment on time may result in delayed service, additional fees, or termination of agreement.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
We do not offer refunds for any payments made, whether for one-time or recurring services.
All payments are final and non-refundable, including deposits, retainers, and recurring service charges.
Cancellation terms for recurring services will be governed by the individual service agreement signed by both parties.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, systems, strategies, documentation, and technology provided by R3volution Brands remain the intellectual property of R3volution Brands Inc. unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables solely for the operation of their franchise or brand as outlined in the agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials reasonably necessary for us to deliver the services. Delays or deficiencies caused by client inaction are not the responsibility of R3volution Brands.
